Request for information

In your email of 1 September, you asked for the current entries in the registers of interests of all CLAE members. I send with this letter the current registers for Tony Redmond, Anne Seex and Ann Abraham. I also send Jerry White's last register before he left the Commission on 30 September.

You also requested copies of all acceptances of the revised Code of Conduct by all CLAE members identified to have been adopted by the CLAE at the Chair's personal action in October 2008. This information is not held.

Finally, you asked for copies of the delegated authority to the Chair of the CLAE from all the CLAE members to change the Code of Conduct for Commission members. This information is not held. The Chair's role in taking `Chair's action' is set out in the paper `Management Arrangements' which is published in our website on the `Governance' page.
