PK/pk/FOI – Pesticide usage in Adur
Your Ref:
Date: 25 September 2009
Dear Sir/Madam
Re Your Request for Information
I refer to your letter/e-mail of 27th August 2009 asking for “I wish to know the names of the
weed killers and pesticides you are using, my vet needs this information as my dog has
suffered many problems after spraying and he cannot help his condition unless we know
what they are. Please send me the names of these chemicals and a full break down of
their side effects”.
Please find enclosed a list of all pesticides and herbicides which have and are used on
various sites within the Adur District Council engaged on Parks duties. I am afraid that we
do not hold information on potential side effects for canines.
