Are the Civil Enforcement Officers in any way set targets or rewarded through any type of bonus on the number of PCNs issued?
You request statistics with regard to PCNs issued over the last 5 years.
You request statistics with regard to the number of Appeals against PCNs issued in the last 5 years and the success rate of these appeals.
