Thank you for your e-mail dated 25/08/09. As the information you requested is not personal or environmental it will be processed in accordance with the Freedom of Information Act 2000.

We have reviewed your request and in order that we can answer your questions as fully and as promptly as possible we would be grateful if you could clarify the following points. Please note we request this information in accordance with section 1(3) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000.

In the third part of your request, if possible please could you specify any particular strategic documents that you are interested in, as the term “strategic documents” could potentially cover a very large area. Also, did you require those documents over the last five years as per part two of your request.

Please provide this information as soon as possible as we need it in order to progress your case. If we do not hear from you within 3 months we will assume you no longer wish to receive the information and your case will be automatically closed.

Please also note that the requirement for us to respond within 20 working days does not start until we have received sufficient information from you.
