I am writing to confirm that the Department of Health, Social Services and Public Safety (DHSSPS) has now completed its search for the information you requested about the number of job vacancies that were externally advertised by the Department broken down between April 07 to April 08 and between1st April 2008 to 30th June 2008.
DHSSPS advertised 7 job vacancies externally between 01 April 2007 and 31 March 2008 and 7 job vacancies between 01 April 2008 and 30 June 2008 (one of which was a re-advertisement of a job advert from the period 01 April 2007 to 31 March 2008).
The supply of information under the Freedom of Information Act does not give the recipient or organisation that receives it the automatic right to re-use it in any way that would infringe copyright. This includes, for example, making multiple copies, publishing and issuing copies to the public. Permission to re-use the information must be obtained in advance from the Controller of HMSO who has responsibility for the licensing of Crown copyright material.
