As a follow up to the information given on 17 July 2009 relating to FOI4250:

Please supply a break down of how many complaints and/or written questions Westminster City Council has received from MP's regarding the introduction of the motorcycle parking tax since it's introduction in Aug 2008?

I do not require copies of the actual documents or emails, but please provide the MP's names and the month and year date.

In response to this part of your request I can advise you of the following:

The City Council does not hold records of MPs' correspondence questioning the City Council's policy on the introduction of payment for motorcycle parking. Since August 2008, one MP has written in as an individual motorcyclist concerning a Penalty Charge Notice (PCN) and another MP has written on behalf of his constituent with regard to a PCN. In both cases, in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998, no information can be disclosed.
