I write further to my letter dated 18th August.

You requested the following information:-

1. Please can I have all information relating to Private Hire Vehicles access to bus lanes.

I confirm that private hire vehicles are not permitted to use Camden's bus lanes during operating hours and this is laid out in the Council Traffic Management Orders as referred to below.

2. Copies of all traffic orders related to bus lanes.

I confirm that each bus lane will have it own Traffic Management Order. There are a number of traffic orders related to bus lanes and it is estimated that there are 140 pages containing the relevant information. Therefore, I confirm that a charge will be made to cover the printing costs involved in sending you all the information you have requested. The charge made is for 10 pence per sheet, plus the cost of sending the information to you by recorded delivery. The total charge for the request is £16.89.

I confirm that upon receipt of payment, making allowances for the clearance of your cheque, copies of documents, less any relevant exemptions, the document will then be sent to you. We require receipt of a cheque for the above amount made payable to the `London Borough of Camden' before these documents are sent to you. Please ensure that the envelope is marked for my personal attention. Please also confirm the postal address that you wish this information to be sent out to.

Please send payment within three months, after which time it is assumed that you no longer require the information and the request will be closed.
