Dear Mr Addison,

I am writing in response to the request you made to the BBSRC under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.

You requested information regarding the DNA probes developed by Wetton, J. H.; Parkin, D. T. Also any information you have regarding the funding of their research and all information regarding the techniques viability.

In line with BBSRC's statement on the provision of information relating to its peer review process (http://www.bbsrc.ac.uk/organisation/policies/position/foi/peer_review.pdf), BBSRC will not release information relating to any applications submitted for funding.
