Dear Mr Lister
Freedom of Information Request - Local Authority Property Search Services: Charges for Property Search Regulations
Thank you for your email of 13 August 2009, and your further clarification email of 14 September 2009, in which you requested a list of all electronic communication between the Ministry of Justice (MoJ) and the Department for Communities and Local Government (DCLG) regarding the Charges for Property Search Regulations from 1 January 2009 to the date of your request. These regulations, the Local Authorities (England) (Charges for Property Searches) Regulations SI 2008/3248, were made onĀ 23 December 2008.
I apologise for the delay in replying to your request, which was due to the need to coordinate with colleagues at DCLG to ensure a full response.
In line with your clarification, I can confirm that the department holds the information requested which has been handled under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FOIA).
