our reply to request reference number 240.2009. We have passed your email to the
software  provider  and  will  contact  you  as  soon  as  we  have  had  a  response  from
them.

This  letter  is  to  inform  you  that  your  request  is  being  processed  by  Gary  Connor,
Parking  and  Amenities    Manager  in  consultation  with  appropriate  Officers  of  the
Council.

Please  note  that  the  deadline  for  you  to  receive  a  response  to  your  request  is
16/09/09.
