FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT 2000 (the Act)
REQUEST APPLICATION NUMBER: 706
Thank you for your request for information received by e-mail 13 August 2009 in which you have requested the following information for the last 10 years:
The number of working days lost each year for the past due to stress, anxiety and depression.
The number of employees that have retired on the grounds of ill-health
Please let me know if this is not an accurate description of your request.
With regards to question 3 you request:
“Please separately state dismissals in this as well where ill-health was brought up as a factor”
I require clarification to help me understand what it is you are asking.
With regard to Questions 1 and 2, your request is now being dealt with in accordance with the Act and has been assigned the application number 706. Question 3 is now on hold until I receive from you clarification of this question. Upon receipt of this, the final result date will be determined.
It would be helpful if you could please quote this number in any future correspondence.
