I refer to my letter of 17 August 2009 regarding your request for a copy of the 
presentation slide that was the subject of the recent decision notice [FS50130316] 
issued by the Information Commissioner. 
 
The Agency has complied with the decision notice and has also today published in 
full the presentation that was made to the ACMSF Ad Hoc group on the Safe 
Cooking of Burgers.  This includes the presentation slide in question (fourth slide
