Further to your email dated 13th August 2009, my response to your request is shown below:
The data requested is contained in the attached files.
No such bonus scheme exists at Watford; indeed the contract with our enforcement contractor expressly forbids it. All enforcement staff are salaried staff.
Spur software currently used. Prior to March 31st 2008, Compex NPSQL was used.
