I am replying to you Freedom of Information request about Parking Ticket Data.

1. During the last 5 years the London Borough of Sutton has issued 233,903 Penalty Charge Notices. As you will appreciate, providing the information you have requested would be extremely time consuming.

We may be able to supply information for a much shorter period of time but that may have a cost implication for you.

Perhaps you would kindly indicate if you would like information on an alternative shorter period which we will consider.

2. There are no bonus schemes paid as incentives to Civil Enforcement Officers to issue Penalty Charge Notices.

4. The London Borough of Sutton currently uses Parking Gateway version 7.0 supplied by Langdales Systems Ltd. This software also links to the reporting system Powercube.

The data fields recorded are as follows: Vehicle registration mark, vehicle make, vehicle colour, area, road name, exact location, tyre valve positions, date, time, contravention code, penalty destination, vehicle class, tax serial number, tax expiry date.
