I am writing in respect of your enquiry dated 6 August 2009 for information held by the Council. Your enquiry is being dealt with under the provisions of the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
You have requested details of the amount of tolls collected at the toll bridge since it was opened.
The Council does not hold the information. I have reason to believe that information relating to the Dartford-Thurrock River Crossing is held by The Highways Agency. In the circumstances, consideration should be given to transferring your enquiry to The Highways Agency.
