Thank you for your request for information regarding correspondence between Ofcom and
121Media/Phorm. Ofcom received your request on 6 August 2009 and has considered it
under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (‘the Act’).
You asked for:
1. Copies of any correspondence between Ofcom and 121Media/Phorm for the period
1st Jan 2005 to 31st Dec 2005
2. Dates of any meetings between Ofcom and 121Media/Phorm for the same time
period
3. Details of who was present at any such meeting
4. Any notes or minutes taken at any such meeting
5. Details of what was discussed at any such meeting
