Please supply copies of any correspondence between BERR/DBIS and 121Media/Phorm for the time period 1st Jan 2005 and 31st Dec 2005.

As BERR was not created until June 2007 and BIS was only created on 5 June 2009, I have included their previous incarnations, namely the Department for Trade & Industry and the Department for Innovation, Universities and Skills in the search for information.

I am writing to advise you that following a search of our paper and electronic records, I have established that the information you requested is not held by this Department.
