1) How many planning applications have you received featuring a change of use from A1?

This information is available on our website at <http://sddc.planning-proposals.co.uk/applications.aspx>. Enter the search dates required and in the proposal keyword box enter “change of use from A1”.

2) Of those applications in 1, how many of these were retrospective?

As question 1 but enter `retrospective' in the proposal keyword box.

3) How many planning applications have you received from Starbucks (or their representatives) featuring a change of use from A1?

As our website cannot be interrogated via the applicant's name, our internal system has been checked and I confirm that no applications have been received from Starbucks or their representatives

4) Of those applications in 3, how many of these were retrospective?
