Thank you for your request for information, which was received, to our office on the 4 August 2009. Your request has been processed under the terms of the Environmental Information Regulations 2004. Our response as follows: -
Please find attached details of all planning applications in the last 5 years for change of use from a shop, in accordance with Q1. The retrospective applications are included, dealing with Q2.
I can confirm that there have been no applications where the applicant has been starbucks in the last 5 years, answering Q3. Q4 does not arise, as this is dependant on the answer to Q3.
