Firstly please accept our apologies for the delay in responding to your request.
In response to your request regarding change of use from A1 (shop) under the Town & Country Planning order 1987 for the last 5 years. Please find detailed below Northampton Borough Council's response in point turn.
The Council has received 166 planning applications, which feature a change of use from A1.
7 of the above were retrospective.
The Council has not received any applications from Starbucks for change of use from A1.
