Thank you for your request for information regarding correspondence between Kip Meek 
and 121Media. Ofcom received your request on 4 August 2009 and has considered it 
under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (‘the Act’).  
You asked for: 
•  Any correspondence (email, letter, fax) between Kip Meek (Ofcom Chief Policy 
Officer) and the marketing company 121Media in the period 2005 – 2007.   
•  Dates, agenda, and minutes of any meetings between Kip Meek (Ofcom Chief 
Policy Officer) and the marketing company 121Media in the period 2005 – 2007.    
I am writing to advise you that the information you requested is not held by Ofcom.
