Dear Ms Berlow, |

Further to your request regarding home education and the further details required around the 4 cases where we have been unable to make contact with the families concerned. And your subsequent request for an Internal review due to Salford's reply to the request being delayed.
We accept that due to operational difficulties and resource issues that on this occasion we were not able to meet our own high standards.
In order to meet our customer demands we are looking at our own operational procedures which we are hopeful will go someway to improve our services to you our customer.
