Thank you for your recent Freedom of Information request received on 14th October
2009. Your request has now been considered and the information requested is

You requested information on the following:
Please inform me of how many appeals Camden councils Freedom of
Information appeal panel has received for the years 2006/7, 2007/8, 2008/9 and
the percentage per year of appeals that have been successful.
Response
Since the commencement of the FOI Act procedure, the Internal Review Panel has
so far determined 144 appeals of which 26 (18%) have been successful. This
analysis is available from an individual listing document retained by the Panel which
is not date specific.
We are not in a position to disaggregate the above data into separate figures for
2006/7; 2007/8 and 2008/9 because of problems accessing the historical database.
