To the Front of House team - new staff and not so new staff alike!

I would like to thank all of you for your work in keeping the Banksy versus the Bristol Museum exhibition going so well and so smoothly and in good humour.

As you are aware we are experiencing record visitor numbers which is fantastic news for the museum and for Bristol. However, it does mean that we are being stretched and people are putting in a lot of additional hours. We will have new staff joining us, which will improve things for staff and visitors. I want to thank you for taking on the challenge so willingly and helpfully.

I know that the place is busier than ever, and this means that people are being worked hard this summer. But it's definitely worth it - there has been an overwhelmingly positive response from the majority of our visitors so far.

Thank you for your hard work and please keep enjoying the moment!

We expect it to continue to be busy throughout the summer.

If anything else happens during the course of a normal open day that you are unaware of or uncertain about please do get in touch.

Thanks!

Phil
