No. of PCNs issued - first quarter 2007 - 2861
No. of PA errors - first quarter 2007 - 237. See No.7 regarding breakdown categories.

No. of PCNs issued 2006 (see appendix A for breakdown of streets) - 7985

PA errors - the code to identify PA errors (PA error/”drive-aways”) is not used exclusively for PCNs cancelled once challenged under PA error. It also includes “drive-aways” where the driver returns to the vehicle and drives away before the PCN is issued. We do not have any PCNs that have been cancelled under PA error.
Times of enforcement - 8.00am until 6.00pm, Monday to Saturday.
The Council does not have a “statement of purpose” for the Parking Section. Therefore we do not hold the information you require.
