FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT 2000 - INFORMATION REQUEST

Your request for information has now been considered and the information you requested is enclosed, with the exception of 1(b). This information is not recorded in a format that would provide you with the information you have requested. In order to satisfy your request the Council would have to employ an external provider to extract the information. I do not consider that this is reasonable. The Council is not obliged to create information in order to satisfy a request.
