  1. 2007/8 - 5.5 FTE Parking Attendants

2008/9 - 5.5 FTE Civil Enforcement Officers (change in job title 31.3.08 under new legislation)

  1. 2007/08 - 9,769

2008/09 - 8,582 PCNs issued. 

  1. 2007/8 - 2248 received, 749 cancelled.

2008/9 - 1992 received, 637 cancelled.

    1. As per question 2. Although we do not issue any fixed penalties as we operate under TMA 2004 where we issue Penalty Charge Notices and not fixed penalties

  1. 2007/08 - PCNs were £60 reduced to £30 if paid within 14 days,

2008/09 - £70 reduced to £35 or £50 reduced to £25 if paid within 14 days (differential

penalties brought in under TMA 2004 on 31.3.08)

  3. 2007/8 - Salary Scale 1/2 (£11,577 to £14,882) no overtime, or bonuses paid

2008/09 - Salary Scale 1/2 (£11,995 to £15,291)
