Correspondence between Avon and Somerset Constabulary and Stuart Security is
not held by the Council. Please contact Avon and Somerset Constabulary.

In response to the request for minutes of meetings I can confirm that 4 meetings
were held:
November 2008 – minutes taken by Avon and Somerset Constabulary
June 2009 – notes taken by BGG but not circulated
22 July 2009 – notes taken by Mendip District Council (attached)
23 July 2009 – no minutes taken (meeting held at Fernhill Farm, BGG site)
There was also a short meeting on Sunday 26 July when BGG surrendered the
licence - no minutes were taken.
