Your  request  for  information  has  now  been  considered  and  I  am able  to fully  respond  to 
your request. 
 
With  regards  to  the  request  for  information  regarding  the  costs  involved  in  staging  the 
Ashfield  Show  2009  it  was  noted  that  you  have  previously  stated  that  this  information 
would  "be  in  the  public  domain  by  Oct  2009".  As  we  reach  the  end  of  October  this      
information still does not appear to be in the public domain. I understood the use of 'by Oct 
2009'  to  mean  before  October  began.  Once  more  I  re-iterate  my  request  for  this 
information to be released. 
 
Please  see  attached  Audit  Committee  Report,  costs  being  shown  in  Appendix  D.  The 
Report  represents  costs  as  known  at  20th  October, 2009. Also  attached,  summary  of  the 
additional costs identified from 20th October, 2009 to date.
