I am writing with reference to your request for information regarding Kingsnorth 
Climate Camp report dated 23rd July 2009, made under section 1(1) of the Freedom 
of Information Act. 
 
You asked for the following information: 
 
I believe your agency compiled a report into the policing of the 
"Climate Camp" at Kingsnorth Power Station in July and August 2008. 
 
I would like to request, under the Freedom of Information Act, a 
full copy of that report. 
 
We consider the information you have requested to be exempt from disclosure 
under the Freedom of Information Act by virtue of Section 21(1) of the Act, in that 
the information is reasonably accessible to you by other than the right of access 
provided by Section 1 of the Act.
