£15.00 victims supplement on financial penalties imposed by courts

Dear Sir or Madam,
I require the following information:
How much revenue has been generated each year by the £15.00
"victim's surcharge" legally required to be added to every
financial penalty imposed by the courts since it became law and in
addition, how much of this figure has been specifically spent on
victim support each year.
I also require a detailed breakdown on the manner in which this
money has been allocated.
