1. Introductions.
2. Clarifying our understanding of Phorm- what it does, how it works, what are the relationships between Phorm, ISPs, web-sites and users, etc?

3. Discuss the allocation of work between BERR, the Home Office, MOJ and ICO.
4. Legal Questions- what are the community obligations, how are they implemented and complied with, etc?
5.Timing- skeleton answers by 11 August; full answers by 18 August.
