Re: Freedom of Information request.  
 
I write with reference to your email of July 13th, in which you make the following request: 
 
Article 42 of The Cambridgeshire Guided Busway Order 2005 permits the County Council to impose 
various prohibitions, restrictions  etc. Please could you tell me what prohibitions, restrictions, and other 
provisions Cambridgeshire County Council has made under sub-paragraphs (1)(a) and (f) of that 
article? 
 
In the event that any of these prohibitions, restrictions, and other provisions has been effected by an 
instrument as mentioned in paragraph (3) of that article, please could you send me a copy, electronic if 
possible, of all such instruments. 
 
This request has been dealt with under the Environmental Information Regulations and I can confirm 
that we do not hold the information requested.   
 
I have spoken to our Guided Busway team and that have advised me that the prohibitions etc, are as 
set out in Schedule 9 of the order and there are no instruments as set out in paragraph (3) 
 
I am happy to provide you with the contact information for the Guided Busway team if you would like to 
speak to them directly, should you have any further questions. Please let me know if you would like this 
information.
