Thank you for your email of the 24th September 2009 in which you requested an Internal 
Review into your Freedom of Information Act request a list relating to all notices 
under regulation 10 of the Data Retention Regulations that have been given since 6th 
April 2009. My apologies for not contacting you about this review before now. 
 
I have been allocated your request for an Internal Review as an independent official of 
the Home Office who was not involved in answering your original request.  
 
The Home Office aims to complete your review and provide you with a response within 
40 working days from the date we received your request. Therefore, we aim to have 
provided you with a full response by the 19th November 2009.
