Thank you for your e-mail of 26/08/2009 4:37:52 PM about Notices issued under regulation 10 of SI 859/2009. Three exemptions are currently being considered against your request for information. I can confirm those exemptions are; Section 24 - national security, Section 31 - prejudicial to law enforcement concerns and Section 43 - Commercial Interests. Once those tests and any subsequent public interest test has been applied we will be in a position to answer your request in full.
