(i) S29(6) paying for advice;

(ii) S30(1) making a report;

(iii) Schedule 4.4(3) allocation of staff.

Delegation to Deputy Ombudsman and Assistant Ombudsmen

In the exercise of my power under paragraph 4(5) of Schedule 4 of the Local Government Act 1974, I hereby authorise the Deputy Ombudsman and Assistant Ombudsmen in my office to transfer cases to me from another Local Commissioner or from me to another Local Commissioner in accordance with the arrangements approved by the Commission under section 23(10) of the Act on 10 May 2000.
