Please could you let me know the contact details for your Estates Director and whether there is an approved list of consultants for Building Control Services that the Estates Department uses?

If so, how does one apply to be on that list?

The Trust has contracted out its estates services as part of the major Private Finance Initiative to redevelop our hospitals. The Hard FM service provider is Taylor Woodrow FM and their General Manager on site is Ian Maher.
