You requested to know: 
 
what the total monetary value of donations was in 2006 and 2007 to i) The Church of 
England ii) The Roman Catholic Church and iii) Other Religious/Spiritual Organisations 
 
For the purposes of this FOI request please note that we have taken the “the total monetary value 
of donations in 2006 and 2007” to mean the financial years 01 April 2006 - 31 March 2007 and the 
financial year 01 April 2007 - 31 March 2008. 
 
In the periods specified above, I can confirm that the BBC made no donations to the Church of 
England, the Roman Catholic Church or other religious/spiritual organisations.
