Dear Mr Sutherland
I write in connection with your request for information which was received by Sussex Police on 24 July.
Sussex Police endeavour to embed diversity in all training through a programme of education for the Trainers. However, the courses below list where there is a specific element relating to diversity. In addition we have a programme in place to assess all our staff against the National Occupational Standard for Diversity (AA1) to ensure that fairness and equality is being promoted in the workplace. The Student Officer Course (IPLDP) has not been included as specified in the FOI request.
