I write with reference to your email of July 2nd in which you make the following request; 
 
Under the freedom of information act the public is entitled to this information. In the light of the 
expenses scandal in Westminster I would like the Expenses information for all county councillors. It 
would be in the public to know 
  
This request has been dealt with under the Freedom of Information Act and I can confirm that we do 
hold the information requested.  
 
This information is published on our website and can be found using the following link:

Since this information is already reasonably accessible by other means, I am required to formally 
refuse this request under s. 21(1) of the Freedom of Information Act. (Information reasonably 
accessible by other means) This exemption is an absolute exemption, which does not require us to 
perform a public interest test.
