I am writing with reference to your request for information regarding ‘OGC
Gateway Reviews’, dated Thursday 02 July 2009, made under section 1(1)
of the Freedom of Information Act.
You asked for the following information:
‘…..details of all procurements that have involved the Gateway Review
process. Could I be provided with name, type of contract, organisations
involved.’
I can confirm that the NPIA holds the information you have requested and
the information that can be disclosed is included in this letter, at Appendix
A.
The NPIA does not hold information with regards to how the Framework
agreements are utilised locally by Forces. If you require this level of
information, we would recommend that you liaise directly with the Forces.
Your Right to Complain
We take our responsibilities under the Freedom of Information Act
seriously but, if you feel your request has not been properly handled or
you are otherwise dissatisfied with the outcome of your request, you have
the right to complain. We will investigate the matter and endeavour to
