May I firstly apologise for [Author ID1: at Fri Aug 28 14:43:00 2009 ]the [Author ID1: at Fri Aug 28 15:00:00 2009 ]delay in responding to you. [Author ID1: at Fri Aug 28 14:43:00 2009 ]I have investigated the[Author ID1: at Fri Aug 28 14:46:00 2009 ] [Author ID1: at Fri Aug 28 14:47:00 2009 ]matter and [Author ID1: at Fri Aug 28 14:48:00 2009 ]agree with your assertion that, although [Author ID1: at Fri Aug 28 14:53:00 2009 ]some of the information is held by the City Council and some by the secretaries of the various allotment associations[Author ID1: at Fri Aug 28 14:50:00 2009 ], it should however have been possible to obtain the vast majority of requested information through normal communication channels such as: telephone calls, e-mails, normal mail and routine site visits[Author ID1: at Fri Aug 28 14:54:00 2009 ].[Author ID1: at Fri Aug 28 14:50:00 2009 ] In hindsight therefore it would have been better to have supplied [Author ID1: at Fri Aug 28 14:56:00 2009 ]more[Author ID1: at Fri Aug 28 14:58:00 2009 ] [Author ID1: at Fri Aug 28 14:59:00 2009 ]information which could have been obtained within the statutory 20 working day deadline [Author ID1: at Fri Aug 28 14:56:00 2009 ]than that which was sent to you. The [Author ID1: at Fri Aug 28 14:59:00 2009 ]outstanding information [Author ID1: at Fri Aug 28 14:57:00 2009 ]could then have been sent as soon as it [Author ID1: at Fri Aug 28 14:59:00 2009 ]was[Author ID1: at Fri Aug 28 15:06:00 2009 ] collated from the various secretaries.[Author ID1: at Fri Aug 28 14:59:00 2009 ] [Author ID1: at Fri Aug 28 15:01:00 2009 ]Your complaint is[Author ID1: at Fri Aug 28 15:01:00 2009 ] [Author ID1: at Fri Aug 28 15:06:00 2009 ]therefore upheld.[Author ID1: at Fri Aug 28 15:01:00 2009 ]
