Problems / RISKS / Issues for Attention

Red flags for attention

Note: these have been moved to amber in the project risk register, but remain Red in this report for delivery of the full scope of upload of supplementary data

  • The new consent model is not officially documented in detail by CfH, we do not

have the clarity required to engage locally with clear messages to clinicians.

Awaiting full response from escalation to CfH

  • The iSoft SCR build is based on the original consent model, this does not match

our new `assumed consent' model. Work arounds will be required. Awaiting full

response from escalation to CfH. We have received a document, but it does not

explain how the upload of supplementary data will be managed.

New Amber flags for attention

  • Confirmation awaited that move to level 6 swine flu pandemic will not impact on second wave PIP

  • Walderslade Village Practice still yet to make a decision re new GP system, may delay SCR activities due to uncertainty
