I write in connection with your request for information dated 24/07/2008, which was received by Greater Manchester Police on 24/07/2008. I note you seek access to the following information:
Basic information on diversity training carried out after the publication of the Macpherson report into the death of Stephen Lawrence. Could you please provide information relating to the following three questions:
How many "Diversity" training courses has your Constabulary provided in the period 1999-2008?
What was the target group of those courses, i.e: all staff, police officers, police staff, staff of a particular rank/grade, etc.
What was the duration of the courses in terms of days/ hours.
Following receipt of your request searches were conducted within Greater Manchester Police to locate information relevant to your request. I can confirm that the information you have requested is held by Greater Manchester Police.

COMPLAINT RIGHTS
Are you unhappy with how your request has been handled or do you think the decision is incorrect?
