Your request has been passed to me because the Corporate Services Manager has responsibility for answering requests related to the Office of the Legal Services Ombudsman (OLSO).

Having conducted a thorough search, I must advise you that unfortunately the information is not held by OLSO. The reason for this is because OLSO simply hooks into the IT shared systems provided by the Ministry of Justice (MoJ) as our sponsoring department, who in turn link into the secure government-wide service.
