Thank you for your e-mail dated 24 June 2009 in which you made a request for information.
Your request is being considered under the terms of the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
Request
1) Since 03/03/03 (please list as annual figures), how many NRP's cases on both CSCS
(CS1) & CS2 have accrued arrears, either in part or fully due to agency delay,
maladministration and/or error/s?
2) Since 03/03/03 (please list as annual figures), how many cases pertaining to 1), have been
subjected to agency enforcement action, including; regular maintenance and/or arrears
repayments of 30% or more of income, agency enforced AEO's/DEO's or LO's?
3) Since commencement of the agency steer to collect arrears within a two year period or
less (please list as annual figures), how many cases pertaining to 2), have been subjected to
parallel enforcement action?
