information regarding discussions with Len Richards regarding The Warrens.

Since the initial Hospital building dev. on The Park, please advise of any undertaking 
or commitment, made by the hospital, regarding it's future requirements for land, in 
the periodic negotiations for extensions to car parks and increased hospital related 
building space. Please attach also dates/details of those undertakings and 
commitments and statements of intent, at the time.
