Freedom of Information Request -1194/09

I am writing regarding your request for information, which was received on 21 June 2009. In that request, you asked us for information about post received in Glasgow Benefit Delivery Office and statistics of mail lost.

Unfortunately, I am unable to proceed with your request without clarification of the information you wish to receive. To help me do so, I would like to know which Glasgow Office you are referring to. I should explain that we have two Benefit Delivery offices in Glasgow. Both are large organisations operating individual mail tracking systems. The offices are:
