Thank you for your further email of 17 July to the Department of Health requesting, under the Freedom of Information (FOI) Act, details about the Joint Committee on Vaccination and Immunisation (JCVI) Varicella / Herpes Zoster Subgroup and future meetings. Your request has been passed to me for reply.
All existing minutes will be available on the Department’s website by the week ending 31 July at:

I have been advised that the subgroup is not scheduled to meet twice a year. The subgroup met twice in 2008 and once in 2009 and there are no plans for the subgroup to meet again in 2009.
