I'll just reply on this on behalf of Becky as I have just scanned in the documents you 
need.  
  
The yellow box road marking at this junction has received special signs authorisation 
by the Secretary of State (the Department of Transport), as per the 1984 Road 
Traffic Regulation Act, Chapter 27, Part V, No 64. 
This means that this is a fully compliant, legal, enforceable road marking. 
  
The special signs authorisation from the DfT is attached. I have also attached a 
recent photo.
